Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on proceed to checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment via Nochex secure online payments. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, simply place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. All prices on the website are in GBP.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Switch, Solo and Nochex account transactions.

Please note that the name that will appear on your credit card or bank statement will be NOCHEX not only SCOTLAND.

Sorry, but we do not accept cash on delivery.

All online orders require payment with order.

Please note however that the prices are shown in pounds sterling. The exchange rate can be checked through our currency converter prior to purchase although the final conversion rate will be determined by your credit card company or bank.

Shipping and Handling
No matter what you buy on-line with onlyscotland.co.uk, we will pack up your purchases and deliver them to wherever you want.

At present all purchases will be sent by Royal Mail within the UK and by Royal Mail Airmail to Europe and the rest of the world.We will dispatch parcels too heavy for Airmail by Parcelforce.

At this present time due to high incidences of fraud we do not accept or ship any orders from INDONESIA, NIGERIA or ROMANIA. Please contact us direct before placing your order if you wish to do so, otherwise your order will be cancelled and the money refunded directly to the cardholders account.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver within 7 days. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund.

Although we will make every effort to deliver within 30 days or any other quoted delivery date, such dates do not amount to a contract and we will not be liable to the buyer for any loss whether consequential or incidental if delivery of goods is delayed for whatever reason.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
only SCOTLAND is not currently a VAT registered business.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
We have a no nonsense policy on returns. If your product is faulty and you return it to us in its original packaging with invoice within 14 days of receipt we will refund the full cost of the product. We will be happy to refund the cost of carriage if the return is a result of error on our behalf otherwise delivery charges will not be refunded. Please note that all our goods are guaranteed against manufacturers defect for 28 days from the date of sale.

Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods you can return any item in its original condition, for any reason within 14 days of receipt of goods for a replacement or a full refund. Our transit charges will be deducted unless the fault is ours.
All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
We will notify you as soon as your refund/replacement has been issued to you. This will be within 7 days of us receiving the goods back from you.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
